Colored Artifacts and Flickering squares bug

Summarize your bug All of a sudden the visual bugs in the attached screenshot began to happen every time i load the game. The screenshots are of the 2 ends of the spectrum - best case scenario is to get the flashing squares at the top-left and the worst is.. well colors, shapes flickering, you name it. Tried deleting my settings - no change. Repaired the game - no change.
