Connecting Playstation sub account to Battlefront2

HI all, I am trying to help my son play battlefront2 on a playstation 4. He has a sub account and cannot get to multiplayer with his new game. Any suggestions on how to get around this? We think it ...

I've raised a support call for this - same problem here. I'll let you know what happens. It's effecting FIFA18 too

    It was the fact that it was a PSN sub-account. I upgraded it to a master (normal) account and it  worked fine.
