Connection problem. Having Error code 216 and 201

I am playing Battlefront II for maybe a week now and I am not able to finish even one game without being disconnected with error code 201 or some times not even being able to connect with error code 216. I looked for sollution on your websides and found a lot of people having the same problems. I tryed to solve it but I had no luck. So I now I am asking for help.

Sorry but I cant put in the txt. document with results.

    @CorruptedPirate just say where and how to send it and I will. Please, the game is great but the connection making it unplayeble, I really want to play but I am starting to be in a dead end.
    And sorry for my bad english XD

    @FearfulWarpII Thanks for trying to help.
    I am playing on PC and my connection is wired. I also didnt experienced this internet connection problem in any other game. Starting from Planetside 2, Rust, starcraft 2, Apex and other masive multiplayer games.

    I cant attach the file in these messeges. The webside just keeps saying: Unsupported extension type
    I tryed to zip it and then attach it but I have the same result.
    I tryed do a screenshot and put here a jpg. But I have a same result.
    maybe I am doing someting wrong but I am not aware of it.
