Constantly losing connection to EA server (PS5)

I’m a fairly new player (on PS5 in Europe) and I’m having trouble playing online. I keep getting kicked out of games because I’ve ”lost connection to EA server”. I can barely finish a single match.

I use a wireless connection and the connection is stable otherwise and I have strong signal when I check the PS5 settings. But in game it sometimes says my connection is slow. I’ve tried a wired connection, same issue (though not as frequent).

Also tried rebooting the console and reinstalled the game. I have even manually tried to port forward in my router settings.

Does anyone have any solution for this or are the servers really this bad? I’m having so much fun otherwise playing the game.
