Count Dooku's expose weakness won't activate

Are you sure you had a target in range? His aim reticle changes when an enemy is in range for the ability to work. I have used it in HvV since the chosen one update and it did work normally

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When I play as Count Dooku I cannot use his ability 3 - Expose Weakness. Nothing happens when i click 3 on the keyboard when targeting an enemy. I'm level 25 and the ability has ever worked.
What happens when the bug occurs? nothing. The ability does not work.

It only shows up when there are enemies near you not before it so you dont accidentially use it.
