All of my characters have their levels that I worked for, but all of my cosmetics and weapon customization and ability cards are completely reset every single time I turn on this game. I have opened several tickets for over a year now, and no one has done anything about this issue. I would appreciate if somebody would correct this error. I cannot be the only one suffering from this.
Do you mean they disappear or they are unequipped and you have to re-equip them?
Everything is reset to default. When turning on the game and just entering the main menu, it shows me the user agreement page that I have to accept every time as if it’s the first time I’ve ever played this game. All of my characters are reset to default in every way, except for their level, which shows up after two minutes of waiting. This has been going on for about a year and a half and I have read online that other people have had to contact EA to get it resolved. I have sat on the phone with EA for hours without receiving any help and have emailed many times to no avail.
