Crafting Materials gone after recent update.

All of my Crafting Materials are gone?

I had easily over 1,000 (I haven't spent a single one my entire time playing), and now I only have like 85. (after getting some from a Daily Crate).

Is this a known issue?
What information do I need to supply to get this rectified?

    and have been told by them to make a forum post, as they were unable to resolve the issue with their text-book troubleshooting steps. (Deleting cache folders and flushing DNS.. really?)
    As I have already raised this forum post initially before the support request, I am now posting here again.

    Yaman:  Try the troubleshooting steps if you still won;t get it then I would suggest you to please post the concern on forum as most of our developers take their leads from the forums, so you should definitely post something up there. The more people you get to talk about the issues you are experiencing, the more the developers will take notice.

  • Hey @XVyper I took a look on the account and It looks like that there was crafting parts being spent. 

    If this was not you that did those, I do recommend that you contact EA support.

    Thank you for responding.
    I went looking through my Star Cards, and it does appear there are a number of cards obtained and 'ranked' that I never performed, that seem to have only appeared after the update.

    So it seems that my parts have not 'disappeared', but simply been attributed to Star cards in what appears to be a random and undesirable fashion.
    I will have support investigate this further.

    I would be quite happy for all the crafting parts 'spent' on Star cards to be returned, so I can assign them in a manner I prefer. (and those cards to be removed)
    I am not aware of any unauthorised access to my account, but will ask support to investigate logs and timestamps of account activity.
