Crash to desktop in Instant Action Geonosis map

What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug Game crashes in less than 10 seconds after starting a single player match in Instant Action on Geonosis.
What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? Tower816
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? All the time
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) All the time
In what game mode did the bug occur? Arcade Mode
What is your time zone? CST - GMT - 6:00
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? try loading a game of Instant Action, with Geonosis as the map. I use the following: AI- Rookie Round Length- short Battle points - Fast Enemy Heroes- Off Enemy AI Count- 32 Friendly AI Count- 20
What happens when the bug occurs? Game crashes to desktop within 10 seconds of moving at start of match
What do you expect to see?

    My game keeps crashing when i try to load up a map.

    my specs are:

    i5-9400

    16 gb ram

    rtx 2060

    i already tried:

    verifying files

    updating drivers

    updating windows

    Yes sir. As soon as the opening "It is me, or is Geonosian Orange really not the Seppies color" line starts, it usually crashed before the line finishes, or shortly after. I just tried it once I got your reply and sure as heck, right to desktop ☹️

    I have done the repair option (a few times before I posted the issue here), and I just followed the instructions on how to clear the cache. I was able to delete every folder except one called Logs. I managed to run about 10 feet ( in game), it froze, and kicked me to desktop again. 

    Any other suggestions? 

    Usually I played on PS4 (was a pre-order person), but when it went on sale in Origin, I had to get it for my laptop as I prefer PC gaming. Bought the Celebration pack for both accounts (lol), and realized that I cant account merge..so while I have the preorder Rey and Kylo skins on my PS4 (which I really dont want to play on that format anymore) , I do not have them on my PC ☹️

    Just another update. I tried playing the map as Separatists and same deal, 5 seconds or so into match, game shuts down and kicks to desktop..

    I also played Naboo

    Kamino

    Kashyyyk

    Felucia

    Ajan Kloss

    Takodana

    Jakku

    Those all worked fine...so its just Geonosis

    I will look now, but I dont see how all these tweaks and small adjustments, can fix it. Its just a single map. I can play Geonosis on any other mode except this one.

    I'm literally having the same issue it's super weird, and I agree that it needs to be fixed on there end not ours.

    Same here! multiple times now the game has crashed while loading into geonosis on supremacy. i was once able to spawn and then it crashed 2 seconds in.

    I am running with

    Intel i9 - 9900k

    RTX 2080

    16Gbs RAM
