Crash when launching

So I bought Star Wars Battlefront 2 from instant gaming and I went to origin reedem the game, start downloading. After it hit 17%(which means playable) I launched and It and nothing happend. So I waited till finish installing and try launch it several times but It still doesn't start. Again I start SWBF2 and it closes orgin and after 3 sec origin opens and game doesn't launch. I'm currently installing it again. If anyone out there knows how to fix this please reply.

It looks like you might need a new driver for your GTX 1060 card. I have it linked here for you.

It's possible the PC is using the Intel card when it's launching the game. Did you add Star Wars Battlefront II to your Nvidia Control Panel so the game is using the 1060 when it's launched? 

I see some programs under your Windows Error Reporting you might want to consider disabling or uninstalling to see if they have any conflict with the Origin client. If you haven't tried a clean boot yet, perform that to see if a program running in the background is causing the game and client to crash.

Thanks for your tips.

I did try all of those, but I'm still having the same issue.

The driver was already up to date, but I reinstalled it.

It seems that the game is launching with the Graphics card and not the Intel card.

I've cleanbooted my PC and went back to the original setting after I saw it had no effect.

I've uninstalled both Avast and Malwarebytes and added Origin and its games as exceptions.

Anything else I could try?

By the way, I recently bought Burnout Paradise: game launches but freezes right after the intro.

I have no issues with my Steam games. I've been able to play GTA V and Jurassic World Evolution.

You said you tried creating a new Windows user account. Do both of your Windows accounts have a non-English character in them? We've seen that cause some games to not launch. 

Nope, I only used alphabetical letters, not accent or any symbol.

Right-click on the game in Origin and select Repair. Then, right-click again and select play to launch the game. Let me know if that helps.

Can you double-check for any trial versions of anti-virus, like SOPHOS? We've seen anti-virus trials cause games not to launch until they are fully uninstalled from the system. Do you use any lighting software?

I just double-checked, I don't have any anti-virus softwares left, never had Sophos.

I don't use any lighting software. 

I've tried launching the game again, still crashing.

I've attached a list of all the softwares I have.

Let me know if there's any that should be uninstalled.

Can you try disabling the Xbox Game Bar and temporarily uninstall BitTorrent? Let's see if the game launches after those are disabled.
