Crashes during entering selection screen

When I am loading into a selection screen, say the class select or location select screen, I sometimes crash randomly. This has caused me many times to leave games involuntarily, deserting my team and the game. I have tried restarting my computer, that didn't work. I have used the "repair" ability in Origin, and that didn't work either. I do not believe it is Steam's problem, because I play other games on steam with no issue. Please tell me how I can fix this, and if I can't fix this, please fix it.
