Hey @SirAvesta
Just to be sure if all parts of your PC are meeting game's minimum requirements, could you use Can You Run It website to check it first?
If everything will be okay, you can try a few basic troubleshooting steps like disabling background applications, running game as admin or repairing it in Origin.
Thanks!

Hello again so a few hours ago i just watched someone playing battlefront 2 with a 750 ti and 8gb ram
so I assume that the crashing problem is not a hardware problem afterall please help

I have the same problem, it started with the Kenobi patch on November 28th, the game keeps loading for a long time then crashes to desktop without errors, I try a couple of times then it loads. At first i thought that was servers were overloaded because of the new content but it keeps happening since then. I had a lot of problems with the game and finally it was working great until that patch.

Support responded to my bug report and told me to rename the "STAR WARS Battlefront II" folder in my documents, this folder holds some cache files and game settings. when you launch the game it create a new one and that fixed my problem.
- 7 years agoYeah I've been having this same problem since the Geonosis/Kenobi Update...? My PC ran the game seemlessly before, even after the General Greivous update but after that patch I haven't been able to play it as much (or at all). I also thought it had to do with the servers, but I think it might be something to do with either a corrupt file in the game folder, or a default gameplay setting that was changed with the update... but honestly I have no clue.

Hey @SirAvesta, while the GPU is below the minimum requirements for the game it means it's not guaranteed that it will work for you in other words milage may warry. We can try different troubleshooting steps to see if anything can help to make it work.
Make sure that all drivers for windows and your gpu drivers are up to date.
You can also try to do a clean boot to see if there any programs messing with Battlefield V and turn off any overlay programs for example Discord or Nvidia experience.
Try running a CCleaner to remove old temp files and cache.
Let me know if this works or not for you. 🙂

1- this is a battlefront 2 problem not battlefield V
2- i did what people and you said it didnt work it crashes when the loading title screen comes
3- there are videos of people playing this game with a 750 ti
- 7 years agoAgreed. This is an issue that EA needs to fix, not us. I have done all type of solutions and nothing works and my specs are i7 8700, GTX 1060 3GB, 16GB DDR4. So I should be able to play at Ultra even without any problems.

How long we have to wait for this problem to get fixed ?
- 7 years agoProbably in a few weeks (if we're lucky). At this pace, we're not getting anywhere. Our only hope is to keep replying to these threads over this issue with "solutions" until EA has enough and fixes the issue.
