crashing after the title screen comes
hello community after I launch the game on the title screen it starts loading and then suddenly either gets stuck or just crashes so specs: gpu 750 ti oc edition cpu core i7 3770 ram 8 yes...

I have the same problem, it started with the Kenobi patch on November 28th, the game keeps loading for a long time then crashes to desktop without errors, I try a couple of times then it loads. At first i thought that was servers were overloaded because of the new content but it keeps happening since then. I had a lot of problems with the game and finally it was working great until that patch.
Please can someone help us

Support responded to my bug report and told me to rename the "STAR WARS Battlefront II" folder in my documents, this folder holds some cache files and game settings. when you launch the game it create a new one and that fixed my problem.
I didnt understand can you tell me what to do with the folder in documents

Go to "My Documents" folder or "Documents", depending in your Windows version. Look for a folder named "STAR WARS Battlefront II", rename it to what you want, I used "STAR WARS Battlefront II old", then launch the game, it makes a new folder with fresh settings. try it and see if it works for you.
