Thank you for the suggestions. I updated Windows to the current version, my PC is not overclocked. I also disabled Origin In-Game and cloud saves, but unfortunately the problem persists. I love this game so I'll still play it until it crashes, but I'd like to have an uninterrupted session. Thanks again for the help so far, hopefully we can figure out a solution! Updated DxDiag attached.
Edit: Turns out there was another Windows update, and after installing it the game worked pretty well for about 45 minutes, and then crashed while loading into Geonosis GA.
Do you crash if you play on DirectX11 instead of 12? It might be worth rolling back your video card driver and re-download it again.
Try clean boot and then immediately launch Origin as administrator to see if that helps keep you in the game. We'll know if crashes result to other programs running in the background.

Unfortunately, running a clean boot as administrator did not solve the problem. I'm not sure how to roll back my driver, but this is getting to the point where it is interfering with other games that I play, so maybe I'll just wait until next update and try again. Thanks again for all your help, hope to be playing again soon!

I have the same problem from ~3 weeks ago.
I can't play a multiplayer match, because of crashes. It freezes randomly, then closes to the desktop, without error messages. (btw the cloud saves are on, so i think this makes the issues (hopefully))
The singleplayer runs perfect.
