SWB2 crashes when the game starts.
Good afternoon. SWB2 crashes when the game starts. The EAapp closes, the process goes on, and then the EAapp opens again and nothing happens. It doesn't display any errors.

Thanks for posting the DXDIAG report straight away. It suggests you are playing with the laptop display and external monitor. Try using only the external monitor.
It didn't help. I also turned on only the laptop screen. I installed all versions of Visual C++. I updated all drivers. I updated Windows. I changed the value of shadows in the launch settings and changed directx. I disabled the antivirus. I restored the files and reinstalled the game. It used to work on the same device.
