Hello. I play Battlefront2 on Xbox one, and this issue has been going on for about three weeks now, since the most recent patch.
I can play and stay in multiplayer modes for about 15 minutes, no lag, no real issues then suddenly, the game crashes back to main menu, and I get a "error 672, you are no longer connected to EA servers" message. I log out of my profile, log back in and am able to play with no issues for another 15 minutes until it happens again. It is not my connection, and everything else works fine for other games.
Can you please advise if there are any other fixes?

- I don't even get error codes when I crash.... And I crash a lot. I'm on PC though. But it's been doing this * for so many since launch essentially... I think I played 5 or less days without issue at the beginning and loving the game a lot. Then the crashes, lock ups, and BSODs started happening and they've never went away. Many, many, many have tried to figure it out and post suggestion after suggestion on here in various threads, some work for some... Others not. We are all dependent on EA just fixing the friggin game so we can use & enjoy our purchase.
Sorry it's not much of an answer. But at least it's some attention, eh?- Does anyone on Xbox one have the same issue or is it just me? Response from developer would be nice too!

hey @shockwave76 Sorry to hear about the issue you are having. That error means that somewhere you lost the connection to the game. So that could be you, your ISP or the connection to our servers from you. ( its allot of jumps data needs to do).
What I would recommend to start off with is to do troubleshootings step to rule your own systems out.

- Hello, I’ve been trying for weeks now to get into a stable online game of Battlefront 2 on Xbox One. But EVERY TIME I go to try to connect I always get booted out with error code: 672.
Obviously I’ve seen that this issue has been stated multiple times and there doesn’t seem to be a proper fix. Most people have shown their “tech” support chats and have had little to absolutely no help at all.
First off, a big * YOU to EA for always having * servers with terrible customer service when it comes to resolving these issues. Even with the first Battlefront, connectivity was awful. And second, does anyone out there know how to fix this for Xbox One? I’ve seen a few fixes for PC but again, doesn’t help me because this is a console issue.
I’m sorry for being so vulgar but it’s quite frustrating because I’ve tried opening ports, using WiFi as opposed to plugging directly into my router. I have tried waiting this out but obviously this issues isn’t getting fixed. Addressed, yes. But resolved? Hell no.
So I’m asking, has anyone found a fix for this issue??
Thank you.I bought this game months ago. It wasn't playable as it crashed so often. I tried again tonight in the hope that these issues might have been patched, but no... it's still as bad as it was on day one. The game is utter garbage, it's not playable. If I could actually see the character I'm trying to control, that would be nice, but no. You enter campaign mode, see a nice loading screen, say of a planet and then - hello desktop. The game is no longer running. The game is a complete waste of money. I seriously recommend that anyone who is thinking of buying this game to keep their money and wait for something better to come along. If you get to play the game, you are lucky.
