Crashing

I have tried everything. I have deleted the whole EA app/software and game multiple times. It is my second time reaching out for help, I even sat in a customer support chat for over an hour and never even got to meet with anyone about my problem. I've run multiple diagnostic checks and repairs and my computer is super up to date with no issues. I have tried older drivers, turning down my settings, anything you can think of. I can't stay in a game for more than a minute without getting kicked to my home screen without even a crash report. I have hundreds of hours spent so I would really not like to rebuy the game and start over. Please help.
