Crates do not give anything when opening them

Summarize your bug For some reason, I have had a few of my crates never give me anything. I just played through the main story and saw that I received 5 crates, all of them being emotes. I opened two of them but nothing came out of the crate. I figured it was a visual bug but I can’t find the emotes anywhere in my collection. I have had this happen to 2 other crates I have opened before, where it opened but nothing came out of it and nothing was added to my collection.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have no clue. It happens with random crates it seems. Maybe play through the main campaign on an account and try and open the crates. I haven’t had Any friends who have played the campaign so I have never heard of this really happening all the time.
What happens when the bug occurs? The crate opens, nothing comes out, and nothing is added to the collection. The crates from the campaign milestones have the emote name on them, but the emotes never appear in the collection.
What do you expect to see? Nothing, that’s the point. Like the crate opens like normal. It has the screen move as if a chip came out of it, but nothing does. Then it gives the option to either revile the cosmetic or back out, but clicking revile does nothing and backing out only takes you back to the crate screen.

This game kinda sucks because I spend time earning this stuff and don’t even get it. Plus there are other bugs throughout the campaign I’ve run into but I can get over those since they are relatively minor.
