Community AdminHello, I want to clarify that these codes DO work, and if they're consumed then crystals will be added to the players' account and can be used to buy crates.
Stores can sell these cards if they wish, it's the digital crystal sales that have been stopped.
@mysweetescape13 For some reason your first 2 posts were caught by the spam filter, I'm not sure why. We've now unmarked them as spam - so your account isn't tagged unfairly - and removed them, as they are now duplicates.
@EA_David And I am going to ask for a written apology from either you personally or EA! I already stated that these "are" useless and CANNOT BE REDEEMED! Have you even purchased one of these from Target yourself or even tried to redeem yourself? Or is it just something you overheard that these cards from Target work. Because THEY DO NOT!
So I am going to show proof that they do not! Target retailer selling Non Redeemable Crystal Cards But don't take my word over EA's that they don't! Go ahead and waste your own time to find out.
Community Admin@mysweetescape13 Hello again. I'm not in the US and can't personally check, but I've been assured that such cards should work and I've seen reports from folks who tested them. Thank you for the extra information, and this is definitely something we want to look into.
It looks like you tried to attach files to show these not working, can you try it again. If it fails you can host the image on another site such as imgur and include this link?
