I dont think it is cheating. When MTT starts using linked fire it increases it's cannnons fire rate+damage so it can do very high damage against anyone.
You probably had lag so it felt you had been killed with 1-2 hits when it was more actually.
If you could bring a video of it happening it would be far easier for us to identify your issue, and see if it's indeed a new issue we aren't aware, or if maybe it's another issue that may be misleading you to think you're receiving much more damage then you should.
I'll be sure to play some more today to see if I can get it recorded but I feel as though it will be hard now that I'm trying to have it happen but I'll try my best.
Yeah I'm aware of that but it was no lag because the people in my game were all calling the guy piloting the MTT out in chat about how I died very fast. Maybe lag on his part but that doesn't excuse dying by 2 melee hits when I was full health.
