DARTH MAUL THROWN TO SLOW STAR CARD BUG

Platform:Sony Playstation 4
What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug Darth maul star card "THROWN TO SLOW" at heroik level add just 20 more damage to choke hold ability but It should add 30 at maximum level
What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? LORD--STALKER
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 1.01.2021
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 5 pm
In what game mode did the bug occur? Capital Supremacy
What is your time zone? ECT - GMT + 1:00
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Use "thrown to slow" card as darth maul you will see at maximum level it add less demage then it should
What happens when the bug occurs? Enemies get less damage from choke hold then they should
What do you expect to see? I expect to make this card ads 30 demage at maximum level

    Just an FYI there are a lot of star cards in this game that are either completely broken and do nothing at all, are semi broken and don’t do what they say, and cards that are completely useless. 

    They should fix the card but it’s doubtful since they haven’t fixed the others in years. 

    I can’t tell whether the Devs simply don’t care or genuinely don’t have the experience to compile a game properly; either way the game is excruciatingly broken.
