Darth Vader "Fueling the Rage" BUG

What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug Darth Vader's star card "Fueling the Rage" extends the duration of focused rage with every kill, however if you get a kill with focused rage that would extend the duration of focused rage enough to put your duration time back to %100, the ability ends and is put on cooldown. For example, if you have the fully upgraded "fueling the rage" star card equipped it extends the duration by 25% for each kill, and if you were to activate focused rage and then get a kill with only 20% of focused rage's duration used, then it SHOULD put your focused rage duration back to 100% (-5%) however its does NOT and instead ends the ability and puts it on cooldown. making this card actually a bad thing for players to take. (Below I selected arcade mode but that was only to confirm my suspicion, it happens every time in any game mode)

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? All you have to do is activate focused rage with the "fueling the rage" star card equipped and get a kill that WOULD put its duration back to 100% but instead but ends the ability and puts it on cooldown. (Above I selected arcade mode but that was only to confirm my suspicion, it happens every time in any game mode)
What happens when the bug occurs? Vader's focused rage ability ends much much sooner then it should and makes the star card a burden to take.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see Vader's duration of focused rage simply put back to 100% and not ended if he gets a kill that would put his focused rage duration back to 100%, because this isn't just a bug happening on my computer, I believe it is a game-wide programming error with how this card interacts with this ability. I also expect an email back or some way of knowing when you guys have fixed it. Thank you very much.
