Accidently unlinked my epic games account

I got the game for free from epic games in 2021 and I have been playing the game ever since that. I had made another epic games account for my Xbox and I had used that epic games account for playing Fortnite as I wanted my progress to carry on from Xbox. 

Today without knowing that I had logged in into my alt epic games account, I launched Battlefront 2. It popped up with a login to your ea account pop up. I had logged in and clicked switch account accidently. After that I immediately unlinked my alt epic games account from the ea account. When I tried to link my original epic games account it said I have to wait 6 months to link again.

Is there any solutions to this ?
