DC-15LE Weapon Mod won't Unlock

Summarize your bug I have unlocked the first weapon mod for the DC-15LE, but when I try to equip it it is stil locked. The progress bar is full (and has been for several games) and if I check in the milestones section it says that I have completed that one.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Despite having unlocked the first weapon mod (reduced recoil) the icon still shows it is locked and I cannot equip it
What happens when the bug occurs? I am not able to equip the mod
What do you expect to see? I would like to be able to use the reduced recoil mod
