Death trooper sonic imploder does nothing

Summarize your bug The death troopers sonic imploder doesn't do anything but make some pretty light flashes and sounds, it doesn't actually damage/stun/blind enemies.

What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM)
In what game mode did the bug occur? Galactic Assault

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Throw a sonic imploder at an enemy or have an enemy sonic imploder go off next too you, notice how it does nothing.
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing.
What do you expect to see? The sonic imploder actually having some form of negative effect on enemies

I've actually noticed it working now since the patch, I've gotten blinded by it twice.
Deathtroopers are still really bad but I guess thats not strictly speaking a bug.
