Wooow once again the community who still believes in this game, was once again lied to. Wasn't the first event supposed to start Sunday Dec 10? What happened?

What was the blast event? I didnt see any challenges or bonuses attached to it. Are the Sunday events just suggestions to play a mode, or are they supposed to be something more?

I didn't see anything Blast related either. Played Blast to test, but saw nothing special..
