Deploy Problem in HERO SHOWDOWN

Product: Star Wars Battlefront II
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug For hero showdown, if you let the timer run out to randomly assign you a hero, you do not spawn at all and are stuck on the spawn screen for the match. Your partner will then be the only one to spawn making it a 1 vs 2. I tried this on both the light side and the dark side and both sides had this issue.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 10/31/2018
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 11:30 PM
In what game mode did the bug occur? Hero Showdown
What is your time zone? CST - GMT - 6:00
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play a round of hero showdown and let the timer run out so it randomly picks you a hero.
What happens when the bug occurs? The player gets stuck on the spawn screen and is unable to spawn in. The players partner has to face the other team alone.
What do you expect to see?

This is a screenshot of one of the times it happened.  As you can see, I was stuck on the spawn screen and it was Leia vs Maul/Iden.

    Star Wars Battlefront 2 Bugs and Glitches as of Nov 3rd, 2018

    Heroes vs Villains and Hero Showdown

    (1.) [intermittent] unable to use left trigger ability this effects: Fetts jump pack ability, Jedi block ability, Sith block ability, Dark Jedi block ability and Gen Grevious block ability, needs fixing ASAP

    (3.) [intermittent] selection screen graphics overlay malfunction, Iden Versio was missing hair overlays, then after like 10 seconds all the layers appear

    (4.) [intermittent] unable to deselect a hero or villain, sometimes there is no B button option to deselect a character.

    (5.) If you wait past the timer countdown in Hero Showdown you will NOT spawn in at all and must wait tell the next round, this needs fixing ASAP.

    (6.) [intermittent] invisible lightsaber

    (1.) [intermittent] unable to activate the bomb timer, needs fixing ASAP

    (2.) [intermittent] unable to deactivate the bomb timer, needs fixing ASAP

    (3.) [intermittent] whacked out Squad System, the select a team member on the map will not shut off even after starting to play; this allowed active players to in essence teleport around at whim without having to die, this needs fixing ASAP

    (4.) [intermittent] selection screen graphics overlay malfunction, the Wookie Enforcer was missing hair overlays, then after like 10 seconds all the layers appear
