    Not sure if it was using the clean install utility, or the game update that I just got, but I can load the game. THANK YOU so much!

    Still having some graphical issues, but I will work on them this weekend.

  • Uninstalling the amd ryzen GPU vega 8 in device manager under display adapters ...windows 10.....fixed the problem for me. If you have a dedicated Graphics card and your using a chipset with integrated gpu/ apu combo then this fix should work for you. Dont even need to restart the computer!!

    I would just like to ask, if I may.

    Is it safe to "uninstall" the Integrated Vega graphics in device manager?

    I have the same problem. My PC has both a discrete GPU and Integrated VEGA 8 Graphics.

    I don't want to damage anything.
