Hi there, @TearLadd
I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

I have the same issue, restarted everything, still doesn’t work I get the exact same error codes. It won’t let me play online at all. Had the same issue a like 2 days ago, I was able to play online, but I was lagging and glitching and ever since that I haven’t been able to connect to another game. On Xbox 1

Hello, @xXSURBUBBLESXx.
Try clearing your alternate MAC address with these steps:
Go to your Xbox One Settings (Just press Start, then click Settings)
Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

Can confirm that didn't do anything. I use to be able to play games for hours and not disconnect once but now i can even be in a game for more than a minute before i get disconnected

its obviously not an issue with OUR internet, its a problem with YOUR servers, why do these answers never end up helping, such a shame...

Without ruling out issues with your connection, we can't be sure it's on our end. Especially when it's a small number of people reporting this. If you can go through some troubleshooting, that would really help find out why this is happening.
