its obviously not an issue with OUR internet, its a problem with YOUR servers, why do these answers never end up helping, such a shame...

Community ManagerWithout ruling out issues with your connection, we can't be sure it's on our end. Especially when it's a small number of people reporting this. If you can go through some troubleshooting, that would really help find out why this is happening.
