@Psychopat215Happens to me at least twice a week. As I play mostly CS, I can't say if it happens in any other mode. I play on Xbox one X in Aust. The problem occurs usually deep into the game & when battling a Hero. Drops to splash screen, then the error code (lost server connection). When I try to reconnect nearly always get Error 721 & have to quit and relaunch. I agree that it is not a problem with the network speeds or settings as I also have ample MB/s and no lag and am still connected to Xbox Live. If it was my modem etc,, I would lose connection there as well.
BP's, credits & gameplay data are lost but if you have achieved any milestone before the crash - they are still awarded.
Have yet to figure out why this happens.

Finally some reaction, I'm glad for that. Exactly the problem you just described. It seems to be some bug or something like that as long as I am not alone who experiences this, but I don't know if EA does know about this problem... To be honest, I don't care about milestones that much since there is like one milestone or none for the Capital Supremacy. The thing I care about is the progress really. Just this weekend was a tripple xp event (I don't know if it is still going since I didn't play it), I was for about two hours in one game, made a lot of levels on many classes, reinforcements and heroes, earned a lot of credits for sure and that progress just disappeared so it's same as I would have been two hours in menu. That really worries me. I will be happy if you could find something why it's doing this, how to solve it or if EA knows about this problem since they didn't reply to this..

@EA_Ataashi Just bringing your attention to this post. Have you heard the same from others or do you have any Idea why this happens? If it was a network problem, the disconnection would happen at any time. It only happens happens well into a CS game ( afrter 2nd or 3rd phase ).
