Were the heroes the ones prior to Finn and Captain Phasma? Double check to make sure all heroes prior to them you’ve played at least once.
Or it’s a bug, try to select them again the next time you have the chance to. Trophies may not pop up the first time you earned them (like the rank 25 and 50 trophies)
