No, EA is not working on BF3. Thankfully. I would love to have a new battlefront, but not from EA. Also only Lucas Star Wars, no disney stuff.
- @Geri_m3ster Actually I am thankful. Imagine Kennedy had forced the Acolyte Trash down Dices throat. As long as the duckhead Darth Iger, Darth BlackRock Fink and their darkside creaturs like Kennedy are in there, its probably better to just have Battlefront as it is.
That said i would love a BF 3 based on BF2. This game was done perfect in so many ways.
Actually they should do a rerelease with updated graphics, hacker protection and some new maps.
And agreed - no Disney Star Wars * or DEI trash.
For refinancing they just could do new maps packages which payed users get early access to and they be free after 1 or 1.5 years for all when a new package is released.
You also could do an OPTIONAL subscription for new maps. Also think when you buy a Golden package you get the updates free for three year or so.
Do the new heroes on these maps first only, when its free for all than everyone can use the new heroes on ALL maps. Same for Skins.
The buyers will have a slight advantage due to leveling, but thats still allright. Skins would be free for buyers on new maps and be shown to all after content gets free for all.
So my,my top priority list would be
1)
Keep continuity with BF2 gameplay (you also dont change a chess board)
No Woke Disney DEI BS
Serious Hacker protection, Server AI should check for Aimboats, no client side admin mide, no Flying Hans and react,
Join lobbies - if one lobby stays empty make a counter and the whole lobby will join another lobby.
2) Release with new maps like Corruscant, Umbara (could be amazing!!), Geonosis Factory, Dathomir (for Supremacy with Talzin, Savage, Maul, Ventress), Mandalore
New Heroes/Villains
Update Graphics on Maps - its still amazing but could be improved after 7 years
Add some new Weapons / Star Cards to the existing classes
Fix the balancing (Overnerfed: Blurrg, Commando Droid, Palpatine, Droideka), Overpowered (Clone Commandos, Arc Troopers)
Get rid of some gameplay disruptung abilities (Reys extended insight, Finns Damage protection)
New Heroes:
Mace Windu, Kit Fisto, Cad Bane, Mandalorian (he could carry Grogu with one Grogu ability), Baylan Skoll, Savage, Ventress, Light Saber Palpatine, Ashoka, Pres Visla, Talzin, Thrawn, Ezra Bridger,
New Classes
Sentinel Class: Emperor Red Guard, Magna Guard, Corruscant Temple Guard, Dark Troopers
