Hey @totallyrecked84 @diceareretards
You can follow our ea help article on how to report cheaters here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/report-players-for-cheating-abuse-and-harassment/

@EA_Atic Ran into the same cheater yet again just now and the 3rd report from me alone with proof from each time is now up, not like its gonna get looked at though.
Also removing the evidence on the thread because of "name and shame" is pathetic... It clearly shows he is cheating and instead of banning him and closing the thread you instead deleted the proof that is provided and will continue to do nothing about cheaters, you may as well advertise on the store page for this game that it does not include anti-cheat and you will do nothing to stop cheaters.
One last point, in case you or anyone else is wondering, here is the proof from 2 months ago -
The proof from Monday -
And the proof from today -
A community manager should be helping to fix the problems, not ignore them so do what you have the role to do and fix the issue.

We don't do name shame on the forums as it starting a witch hunt for people, it never ends well.
We have our reporting system in place while it can improve it still the way to go. @diceareretards

Can you explain how EA/DICE address cheaters with some specifics? As a new player on PC the same 2 cheaters have appeared and are well known within the community. From what i can tell we are reporting them and we don't see any disciplinary action as they are back day after day and we continue reporting. Others in game chat actually state that reporting does nothing, this appears to be a globally shared opinion. I have emailed, reported in game and I understand that just me alone can't do anything but it seems like everyone from both teams report these people. We've resorted to shot blocking when they are in match now.
How do you go about reviewing your reporting system and how does the algorithm work? Is it just a set number of reports before a temp ban? do they need so many temp bans to get a permaban? Do real people ever review these reports? Do you have employees enter games to monitor matches ever(Great suggestions!)?
Something needs to change as i feel like almost any change at this point will be well received by the community and can be carried into other games as a standard. BFV also has a lot of issues but at least there is a larger player base so I run into cheaters less often however that's doesn't solve the problem.
We'd like just some forward moving communication rather than telling how to report which we already know how to do.
