Hello everybody i just wanted to know how to get battle points because when i play i help with the objectives, kill other players, use heroes and abilities, also endure without getting killed, but somehow all the other players get more than 11 thousand points and i just get 4 or 5 thousand. Am I doing something wrong? Could it be that i play alone because i don't have any friends on Origin?

People are getting a ton of battle points by using cheesy strategies typically involving spacecraft or heavy vehicles.
On the maps where the AAT is available people will abuse the heck out of it because it is pretty overpowered. Generally the tank pilots will be top scorer and there is really not much the opposing team can do to shut down the tanks.
On the maps where objectives are in the open, spacecraft can effectively strafe them with their primary weapons for massive amounts of damage and points.
Currently it is very hard as a foot soldier or infantry reinforcement to score points at the rate that vehicles can. Even the speeders can just zoom around the map and 1 shot people by running them over and gain points more rapidly than an infantry.
To earn to score you have to either have an exceptionally amazing infantry round or a mediocre round in a vehicle.
On the maps where you have to hit a vehicle with the Ion-rifle(?) I use my Heavy and hit it with my Sentry ability. Usually gets me a couple thousand BP in one go. Of course, getting your team to protect you, while you're trying to get that shot off is highly unlikely. But in those rare instances where I get it, yeah, easy $$$.
Kill Streaks, as mentioned before, can also work quite well, but they're not easy to get for us lower-skilled players.
On tight maps I also like to use Officer and buff large groups in tight corners. That can get you quite some BP.
Kills around the objective seem to help too.
Other than that, I'm not good enough to ever rack up a lot of BP.
Objectives is ALWAYS the way to go. Easiest example is in HvV. Go after the targeted player first, ignoring the other defenders if need be. I have gotten less kills than other players but ended up with a higher score because I killed more of the targeted players. I haven't played a lot of GA yet but I have seen in SA that I've gotten 200-300 points for taking out a ship (usually AI for that low), I've received 250-350 for taking out easier turrets (when they're part of the objective). I have learned that while the chaos and melee are fun, my higher scores are always when I am focused on the objective.
