Battlefront 2 Elite Trooper Deluxe Edition Codes Throwing Error Messages:

I’m a longtime playstation Battlefront 2 player, and I’ve obtained every cosmetic item in the game except for the Unmasked Kylo Ren skin and the Jedi Training Rey skin. When I was told by friends that these skins were still obtainable, I immediately went out and bought 2 sealed US versions of Battlefront 2 Elite Trooper Deluxe Edition off Ebay (bought 2 because I was reliably informed I had to in order to get both skins by friends who had gotten the skins that way).

I’ve tried redeeming both codes in the “redeem codes” section of the PS Store, it recognizes that both codes are for the exclusive BF2 content yet throws up an error message that says: “The prepaid card could not be redeemed. Please try again later.” 

Both copies of the game were sealed when I received them in the mail, so I’m reasonably sure they’ve never been redeemed before. I’m requesting assistance in getting the codes to work, and claiming the rewards for my account.

Attached below are pictures of the games just after I unboxed them and before I removed the seals, a picture of the error message I get when trying to redeem both codes, and the back of the code paper saying that the code will always be valid so long as online features are available. Well the BF2 servers are indeed still alive and well, and yet my codes refuse to work for me.
