Driver issues

Whenever I try to start Star Wars Battlefront II (and the first one) I get an error message that says my AMD drivers are out of date. It says I need 18.5 or something, and my current one is 0. I have the most recent AMD drivers installed. I have tried earlier versions of the software and the issue persists. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the AMD software. I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling Star Wars Battlefront. All of this has done nothing. I don't believe that AMD is the problem which is why I am here. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
