Dual zoom is triggering Melee

Product: Star Wars Battlefront II
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug Every so often, using the specialist class and zooming in using IQ sniper the dual zoom will trigger the melee attack instead of zooming in or out. Real weird and annoying ... died/missed kills a few times because of that. Is that a known bug ? Thanks

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go in GA Any map Use the IQ sniper with dual zoom+bolt action attachements Zoom in ... click to use dual zoom... melee attack triggers 50% of the time
What happens when the bug occurs? Melee attack instead of zoom in or out
What do you expect to see? It working

    Just a note, it's not the problem 100% of the time, but this almost always happens to me if in my last life I died while in infiltration mode.  I didn't start seeing this problem until I equipped scrambler infiltration.  Maybe that's just a big coincidence, because I play the scrambler infiltration a lot.

    For me this issue seems to be consistent every time I play a match. I also use Alternate Buttons, so I crouch while zooming instead of melee attacking, but same basic issue.

    It's been FOUR years since release as I've finally shifted from playing the PS4 version over to the PC version... and yet here I am discovering this massive problem STILL remains unfixed since OP posted it in 2017... A TON of people use the Alternate Button layout, the big pros at this game most all recommend it! Considering how absolutely VITAL Dual Scopes are to being an effective Specialist in this game, this bug absolutely BREAKS the game's playability for me.

    Come on guys, NEITHER of the console editions ever suffered from this issue since LAUNCH, somebody please get around to making this tiny little fix for us...
