Yep, they definitely don't backfill. I've also been having the same issue since launch. Foolishly, the lure of opening new crates has always overcome my logic, and even though I knew I'd be losing out on 'duplicate card credits' and 'crafting parts', I'd still want to spent credits earned during matches on more crates immediately. Unfortunately this means I've missed out on thousands of credits and hundreds of crafting parts.
@JaegerBomb777 Hey, it looks like the missing crafting parts is a display issue. Looking into the videos reporting this the affected players seem to get duplicate parts and then these duplicates are removed. Confusing for sure, but the end balance seems to be correct.
As for the missing credits, can you PM me your console/origin account name and a time (with region) for the last pack you got which had duplicates?

- Anonymous8 years agoThere is no possible way to remember them all. I've opened a significant number of crates. All I can say is that I believe I'm in the ballpark of 20,000 lost credits from duplicate cards.

- Anonymous7 years agoDuplicates still not giving me my credits. For one 4000 credits were not even close to what I’ve lost as well as the cards that were given to me were all duplicates and I got nothing in return. When I pull a duplicate which is every time if it’s 200 credits it shows it going in my balance but then when I return to the crates it’s gone. Anything that’s worth a 400 duplicate doesn’t even add to my balance. This is bad real bad and frustrating when I’m putting in my time to go forward and I’m sorry EA but I feel like your holding me back as long as you can to keep me playing to reach my achievements. HELP

There has been a lot more activity from the devs over the past week. They have already said the next patch is done and in QC. They have said client side patches every four weeks. All of this adds up to, what looks like, the next major patch hitting on Tuesday. We will most likely find out about it on Monday, so we just have to fight through this weekend and hopefully we have a fix coming out the other side. Hopefully.

I'm in Arizona so whatever region that is and like I've previously stated I've opened Crates daily since launch, actually 3 days prior to launch because I preordered the deluxe edition. I don't know what you can see in my account but all classes, vehicles and hero's are high level so basically almost every star card I open is a duplicate to the point of amn average of 600 credits per crate should be refunded due to duplicates. - 8 years agoThe credits are not backfilled on my account. Have had this problem since the microtransactions were removed.
I have deleted the game from my console, cleared reserved space, deleted my saved data, have played a game and backed out to see if they would show. Still nothing.

I have same problem everytime opening any crate.
It seems to not everyone but many people losing duplicated credits which makes don't want to open any crate and also the game itself.
I wonder why this error starts which was not there when the game has launced
And I know and understand, whether it relate or not, there was one update few weeks ago Last Jedi
I love this game and play everyday
Opening over 3~4 Hero crates
and losing average 600~800 credits
It seems to be happened last 2 weeks
Thousands of credit have lost...
and I decide to not open the crate and play.
Is there any plan and workout of this problem? Please correct this
This is really frustrating to anyone who realize they are losing duplicated starcards' compensation credit totally missing all the time.

So should I bother opening this free crate you guys are giving us or will the duplicates still get lost in the Maw?

I can confirm that the milestone update went through, but I have noticed that it didn't work for a certain group of milestones. That group would be any rewarding crystals, so that isn't all the way fixed either. I mad a video when I spent all my "hoarded" crates and it's depressing to see how many credits are lost as we try and level up. I think we should receive not only our credits but some sort of "sorry for the 2-month ordeal" payment in credits as well. I think it would be the least that could be done by EA as they know this is really alienating and turning customers away. I hope they decide to do this on their own as I know they understand the severity of this issue.

I have about 128,000 of duplicate credit owed and that is not an estimate. I have over 60 days of screenshots. I just waiting for microsoft to get off their fat * and fix the app so i can download images from my activity and captures. If not I will take a photograph of the lcd screen instead when it is displayed. But at last count (this morning) from the last possible date of 60 days ago, I am at 128k

Hello everyone. I know this issue is frustrating, and I'm sorry that I haven't had any updates for you for a while.We still don't have an ETA for a fix, but it's worth noting that we have a confirmation that missing credits will be granted retroactively once the issue is fixed.
While the issue is still present, this should at least give some peace of mind for those who have opened crates and should give more freedom to those hoarding crates.
EDIT: While this is currently marked as "Solved" we absolutely do not consider this to be resolved, and this post is highlighted to make sure folks see that they'll get their credits back.

Just an FYI, I missed this until I re-read the first post. But David does say it is not solved. So good news that it isn't solved, bad news it isn't solved. I wonder how many hundreds of thousand credits I'll have to retroactively be given once this is fixed. - Anonymous7 years ago
I never have gotten credits for duplicates since day one this game launched.
PS4/Goldcrusaider007/ Europe/ last night opened crates around 7pm European-Amsterdam time.

I just found this grrr 🙂 I had + 3519, opened a hero create for - 2200 so that =1319. Duplicate +300,(added to total),1619 Duplicate+300(not added to total)1619,then 50 crafting parts(added to total) Then Duplicate +300,(added to total) 1919, Exit and total is back to 1319 ??????????????
