I wrote EA_David over one week ago about the issue, I asked him to make an official announcement to make people aware of the issue so they dont lose their credits and wanted to know if all of our not rewarded credits are lost now or will be repaid later - still no answer. He has read it two days after I wrote him. They are not even responding to this thread anymore.

Happened again today - when I open the daily crate. Got a Luke Skywalker duplicate - no credits added though.
Shame - I'm now it two mind as to spend the credit I'm sitting on (for the crafting parts) or just sit and wait.
Or maybe it's time to play something else until this is fixed.

In the meantime I sitting on an ever growing amount of credits.

I really don't want to offend anyone, I know that your job and the job of people fixing the bugs is hard.
But after two weeks, you must have gathered any kind of information?
Is it a server sided problem? Is it client based? What causes the bug, is there a way to avoid it?If we open crates now, are the "lost" credits still tracked? Are they lost forever?
You must have answers to at least some of those questions and I call those substential. I play this game with two friends, one of them has the same problem. That makes two out of three players - Im not saying that 60% of the player base have this issue, but its propably a lot. And right now Im at a point where I don't even want to play anymore, since I just see myself lose 800 Credits (minimum) in every hero crate and opening the crates is the only progression I have left to do.

I got my daily crate today - had a duplicate in it, But ! - I GOT the credits for this.
So I thought - great, open a hero crate - 4 duplicates (!) and some spare parts.
DIDN'T get the credits AGAIN!
Tried also - outta frustration - opening a Trooper crate (I know, I know) - all except one was a duplicate still NO credits given,
The other things is I don't have like, every starcard unlocked - far from it - so why are there soooo many duplicates given?
Still please fix this @EA_David!
The games a super grind anyway, but now it's a mammoth one.

I hate to sound like a broken record at the expense of my own sanity, but the problem still exists. I went in today and tested it again, and no credit for the duplicates. I play only this game, I don't play something else while this error exists. I go in and get my daily crate and look at the 60K in saved up credits and I think about the over 80-100K (25-50k in lost credits?) I spent that didn't give me credit for the duplicates. I wonder if I will get credit for those crates? I do trust that EA is hearing us, I do trust they are working on it. I just want them to know each day is scaring my future usage of this game. I didn't play on Xbox One until Star Wars Battlefront I came out, the system was in use with my son. I ended up buying myself a Xbox One just to play that game and then when SWB2 came out that game. I have played pretty much every day since... that is all I have played! GOD SPEED EA, please fix this soon.

I have done as much as the tweet, post on Facebook, post here and on YouTube about this issue. I even put @EA_David in all my messages. I hope someone is seeing this or at least took the time to watch the video.
In my previous post, I did a video for EA to watch. I put it up on Youtube, Facebook (EA page), Twitter and "hashtag" and "ampersand" EA and EA team and I made the posts that have the attached video. I am almost wanting to make another video but I fear I am going to lose even more credits because of this issue.
