The problem has still not been fixed. Stop ignoring it, EA. You have released a game that was not ready for release. And you did it only to make money, with no concern for your customers' enjoyment. Your reputation will not recover for a long time, if it ever does. I hate you, EA.
- Just remember EA, no MTX until this is fixed. Nobody is spending money on empty crates! At some point a boss somewhere is going to push to re-start the MTX. Can’t do that until the duplicate issue is fixed.
@EA_David@EA_Eve@EA_Mat This just happened to me. I have 1875 crafting parts and got 50 from a Hero crate I bought. I got 200 credits from a duplicate card. The idiotic rewards system FAILED AS ALWAYS and I didn't receive either. It's amazing to me that the core of this game is this pathetic rewards system and they screwed this up in unimaginable ways. It's like these idiots can't write a simple function to add two values.
