I've seen the same issue. Not sure if they're related but it's another piece of the puzzle. Opened a crate last night, two dup's, no credits. Daily Crate this am, dup, no credit. Please get this fixed!
Unlocked a couple of achievement crates today, dups, no credits. Probably up to 10K lost now. C'mon EA!
