Community Admin@Deadloth Thank you for checking that, and thank you for the info about the fake temporary credits. I've been able to go through your logs since your first post, and it looks like you didn't get the 200 credit increase with your daily crate today.
Here are some evidences how fake credits come in and gone actually

I bought the standard version on the day game has launced (ps4)
and this duplicated missing credits issue was not there for sure
that's why I and many people do not realize and don't care much
when this issue has started because I think that EA knows well and would fix this ridiculous error soon.
I don't want to be so aggresive, but today as I'm watching thousands of credit gone for nothing make be so depress even give up this game, why I and here hundreds people only expriencing this error.
We started guess and try to find any common status we share.
Many videos and screenshots have posted here for weeks.
My guess is those people having this dup. issue are the very
active players. I'm near to lv.50 and of course all the cards lv. are
blue or purple. Not sure but as myself opened up so many crates somehow this bug has started once and kept going.
we just wanna know when will this fix (how yesterday's patch missing this)
why those technical people inside who made this crate part
seem not to care much of this issue?

Good videos/proof and questions. I lost almost 3k this am on opening the three crates. All I want to know if there is technology in the system that can/has tracked our lost credits. The fix will be great but I want my credits back as well!! @EA_David, yes or no? Might as well tell us the truth now. If you can track the missing credits we could continue to open our crates to progress on starcards. Most are like me, sitting on thousands of credits and not crafting parts. That’s the reason you play...to get credits and progress. Most of us are level 50 or close, milestones mostly done, upgrading the cards is all that remains for me in the progression of this game. The truth would be nice. Agreed! I just want to know if we'll get credit for the missing credits. If not, I'll sit on my pile and watch it grow until the fix has been received. If we will get credit, I keep opening for the crafting parts so we can keep leveling up our cards. It would be nice to have a legit answer for once. I understand there are a lot of moving pieces and @EA_David thinks we may get our credits returned but without any meaningful updates, it's pretty frustrating.
- Ugh.. I noticed about a week ago that this started happening to me too, and confirmed it last night. Did some research and came across this thread and read through all of it. I figured at first I could just let them know and it would be fixed but going through all these posts is pretty discouraging as it is a pretty game breaking bug considering how the progression system works.
Same as many of you, the card level showing in MP is different then the actual card level. Seeing as I am at the point where nearly all the cards I get are now duplicates it's enraging to miss out on all those credits and basically makes me not want to play anymore. While it's nice that @EA_David chimes in once and a while, it seems pretty low on the priority list. Very discouraging..
