Community AdminYes this absolutely isn't solved, and we don't consider it as such. I didn't mark this as a solution, but it's valuable that folks see that they will get their credits back, I'll edit the post to reflect this.
The main menu still shows this post as "solved" when it is still occurring and not solved by the members that continue to post on the subject. Please correct this.
@mysweetescape13I agree this is in no way "solved", I would like to explain this in a form of an analogy. (Analogies have helped me tremendously in my years of marriage.)
If I have a fight with my wife and I buy her flowers the fight isn't over, solved or done. The discussion has started and I have simply conceded fault. Saying the fight was over with the delivery of flowers, or in EA's case saying that the credits will be awarded retroactively is only the beginning of a resolution. The topic needs to be changed to reflect that yes, a resolution has been started, but this is no way over or solved. Let's all be realistic, and understanding that this is no way over.

Everyone should check this out: Known issues list #2 Missing Credits: In some instances, duplicate Star Cards do not give credits- I just wanted to get everyones opinion on the conspiracy theory that the reason that this issue hasn't been fixed, the return of microtransaction bought crates and the progression system changes that are going.
1. That the reason EA isn't fixing the problem is became they want to sell more loot crates?
2. They want to sell the crates before the progression system is implemented?
3. That the loot crates we going to some back regardless. And, that the reason this this isn't fixed is because EA is putting all theit effort into the new progression system likely roll out some time between April 1st thru August 1st?
4. EA knows this game will die before the end of summer, since the players want more Clone Wars DLC's, and EA has planned to drop Bespin and Solo content. So EA is going to try to make as much of loot crates ASAP, since the time frame of giving the players what they want, and EA's fixes to issues like this and progression system revamp are still to little to late?
