Duplicates Still DONT give back CREDITS!!!

I haven't been getting credits for duplicates since last week. I don't know how many credits I've lost but it has to be in the thousands. I doubt, EA can retroactively award us the credits as I don't think they keep track of how many boxes we have purchased and how many of the cards were duplicates. I should have paid more attention to see if the bug was affecting me. This game is failing us in so many ways, I won't be surprised if 2/3 of the player base is gone by the end of Feb.
