I can confirm that the milestone update went through, but I have noticed that it didn't work for a certain group of milestones. That group would be any rewarding crystals, so that isn't all the way fixed either. I mad a video when I spent all my "hoarded" crates and it's depressing to see how many credits are lost as we try and level up. I think we should receive not only our credits but some sort of "sorry for the 2-month ordeal" payment in credits as well. I think it would be the least that could be done by EA as they know this is really alienating and turning customers away. I hope they decide to do this on their own as I know they understand the severity of this issue.

I have about 128,000 of duplicate credit owed and that is not an estimate. I have over 60 days of screenshots. I just waiting for microsoft to get off their fat * and fix the app so i can download images from my activity and captures. If not I will take a photograph of the lcd screen instead when it is displayed. But at last count (this morning) from the last possible date of 60 days ago, I am at 128k

I decided for a week or two ago to actually use all my saved credits. It was close to 300k. Seeing as I have most cards, that's probably somewhere around 100k duplicated credits that are missing. And not to mention all the credits I had used previously before even acknowledging that I wasn't gaining credits for duplicates. I'm back to saving again though, have around 100k and this time, I won't spend them in preparation for season 2.
Hopefully, this issue will be fixed before season 2 is deployed, but with the lack of communication and lack of any ETA, I have my doubts.
