What is your issue related to? In-Game Store & Crates
Summarize your bug I play and open crates daily. I have not seen any duplicate credits to my account in weeks. I lost 300 yesterday and so far 1200 today from credits not being added back in. I submitted a bug, which was closed a few hours later and still not fixed. I believe many others have this same issue.

What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) Everytime I play

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Read my bug for reporting that I submitted and you closed hours later.
What happens when the bug occurs? I don't receive credits.
What do you expect to see? Credits I play for.

Hi everyone!
Again, I'd like to apologise for the lack of updates regarding this issue. Just like EA_David has mentioned, we don't have ETA for the fix, but DICE confirmed that missing credits will be granted retroactively once the issue is fixed.
We will update this thread, once we get any news from the studio.

Instead of granting the credits retroactively once the crate opening process has been fixed (at whatever unknown time in the future you finally get around to that), can you grant the retroactive credits to-date right now?
I wonder if the people at DICE really understand just what 100+ days of handicapped progression does to gameplay.

@EA_Ataashi Thank you for your update.
We have all been very patient in the face of such an adverse issue as this. I cannot remember another time I have been more patient about something as debilitating to the progression of my gaming. The main reason I am patient is, I LOVE STAR WARS, if I didn't I would have walked away from this game long ago. I know many of the wonderful people in these posts have also sacrificed happiness to play a broken game for so long. I am sure EA, Dice and anyone else on the outside reading this thinks we are overreacting to this issue. But when this issue is tied into the progression of our heroes, space planes 😉, troopers, reinforcements, and much more it can make for an experience that seems almost like a punishment. Twice now I have saved up $100K plus in credits and spent them in a frenzy hoping to get a few things I needed. Out of $100K in items, maybe 20 were new or upgrades. This is somewhat of another slap in the face considering we don't get any of the duplicate item credits. I feel as though I am banging my head against a wall to even explain this, so I won't go on as this is at least my 100th post asking for resolution.
On a side note, I am in a club on Xbox called Star Wars Society. The group has 3000 plus members who signed up either when the first SW Battlefront was released or when this recent SWB2 was released. From November to December of 2017 over 1000 new members joined who were excited about the new game. These members loved Star Wars and enjoy the new gameplay. From January to March 500 people have left the group and of the 3000 people in the club maybe 100 still play this game. The others have moved on to Fortnite or PUBG or other games that are fun to play. I have tried to get others to join me in the daily match, but 95% of those I used to play with say, "Eh, I really don't care for SWB2, they nerfed and buffed the characters to no longer be fun to play." Now, of the 3000 only 3 members have had the duplicate credit issue. This shows that people are not even experiencing the horrible issues that we have been subjected too and they are still walking away from this game. I wouldn't be surprised if this continues as at some point all of us in this group will finally reach our breaking point. PLEASE FIX OUR ISSUE.

I mean I seriously have to watch an episode of clone wars to hype myself up enough to play any more. And the SOLE reason for this it this F ing issue!!!!! I just feel like a idiot for still playing a game where it seems as though EA could care less. I mean seriously did you see that tweet EA sent out, of that clip of a heavy melting Vader with exploding shot bug ? It's a joke. I'm just waiting for EA to rub it in our face about this issue some how. I just feel like a shmuck still playing

@mysweetescape13 Hello, we have access to information that hasn't been released through other channels. As you can imagine this issue has garnered much discussion internally, and as soon as we were able to confirm that coins would be granted retroactively, I made the previous statement.
Also, in the patch notes for 1.2 the duplicate issue is mentioned, and that the credits will be retroactively granted. Unfortunately this fix clearly didn't work for everyone, but once it's resolved for everyone the same retroactive credit grant should apply.
