@EA_David Dennis mentioned that the final work is being done on the patch a week ago on Twitter. Will this issue be fixed in the coming patch? If the patch is already done and just waiting for approval, it would be very appreciated if we knew if there's a planned fix for this patch, or if we'll have to wait another month for a "potential" fix.
Daily check in. No backlog received, no credits received for the duplicate in my daily.
I would like to echo @Tillus_Osciliath, Sledge said EA was aware that the issue still persists, Dennis said the patch was "wrapping up." Can you tell us @EA_David or @EA_Ataashi, is EA's potential solution included with the patch that is "wrapping up."

I actually got back credits over this past weekend for the first time since I bought the game in early December. I have had the bug since day one and at no point have I received credits from crates or rewarded crates retroactively. However, last Friday I played through the daily crate reset with a friend and opened my crates with that days earned credits, which totaled around 11,500. I opened five crates plus the daily which left me with about 500 credits. Per usual the credits from duplicates didn't get added but as I was backing out and shutting the game down I noticed my balance was at 32,500 credits. Somehow, someway, I was rewarded with owed credits for the first time ever. I have tried to replicate it since but I have not had any luck. Although it sounds like a lot, 32,000 is but a mere drop in the bucket compared to what I am owed. I hit lvl 50 a month ago and have spent no less than 300,000 credits since patch 1.2. That alone is roughly 130-150 thousand credits owed. To be honest though, I was still way to excited about it and was happy as hell to finally get something back after all this time.

Congrats! Or at least partial congrats :eahigh_file: I love how even the bug fixes are bugged, lol.

It's not possible that you guys can not do anything, I'm very disappointed with EA !!!!! We Brazilians already have a big disadvantage with the server here, it's horrible, there is no way to play against the American server, we lose ugly, they are much faster and we also need to wait for you to solve the problem, I can not progress my soldiers because of this, it's very sad !!!! - 8 years ago

So with the news of the revamped progression update releasing next Wednesday, how exactly are we supposed to get compensated for our lost credits? As we can't purchase crates anymore, will our lost credits instead be compensated so we can buy the new appearances that are supposed to be released in April?
