Let's take a deep breath and remember that it's been the weekend, and it's just now 8am west coast time. Give them a chance to respond before calling for anyone's head.
I know I don't like to hear about clients wanting me fired first thing on a monday so we're probably much more likely to get dialog and feedback without screaming about lawsuits. (Besides, what's the financial hit? Consider $20 for the delux edition had 6 epic cards which was 4k+ worth of parts, but also had guns and skins and such. So 100k of duplicate missing credits is what, two lattes?) (I mean we're certainly owed that progression. It's seriously frustrating. but it's hardly lawsuit worthy.)

Obviously, we are running out of time if we are to be reimbursed before the patch so that our lost credits can be used towards progression as originally intended, rather than skins....

The patch drops in two days.
If they have no answer for us now, they have no answer period. We're getting screwed on progression. If we're lucky, we may, at some point, get the credits refunded. I'm not holding my breath either way. This has been an exercise in futility from the beginning and I've lost a lot of confidence in EA/DICE.
