DX12 mode is broken. Fix it!
AMD R7 3800X
32 GB of DDR4 (3000 MHz)
NVidia GeForce RTX 2080 Super (driver is 456.71 WHQL)
SATA SSD
Absolutely unplayble (10fps or less) in 1080p
DX11 is fine (80+ fps in 4K res.).
Pretty much same problems, even on a 3080 Tuf
Intel i7 10700
16GB DDR4 (3200@ 14-14-14-32)
Nvidia RTX 3080 (Asus Tuf OC)
NVMe m.2
barely getting 30fps at 1080p, which is laughable frame rate for 1080p considering the card.
How does something break this bad without completely breaking?
