Same on January 2021 with a I7 10700 / RTX 3080! FPS very unstable and way too low on DX12. Game is obviously abandoned. And yet people complain about CDPR...
yep same here. 14 February. This is appalling. I'll try dx11 then. It's no wonder people avoid EA like the plague and the platform is well on its way out
- @HECT DX12 is definitely broken. Same problem here on RTX3080. Looks like it's been broken for a couple years and never fixed it. Guess they don't give games much support

I found the issue, this is regarding ALL DX12 games with stuttering. Its a windows issue not game issue.
1. Open Exploit Protection in windows
2. Add program and choose the full path name on the exe file of the game
3. Enable CFG and turn it off.
